Cellarist Privacy Policy

Cellarist is built by Guangzhou Quhe Network Technology Co., Ltd ("we"). Cellarist is a local-first tool. We do not collect, upload, or sell any of your personal information.

1. Information we collect

We (the developer) collect no personal information. Everything you enter — bottles, wishlist, tasting notes and values — is stored locally on your device by default.

2. iCloud sync (optional)

If your device is signed in to iCloud and sync is enabled, your Cellarist data syncs across your own devices via Apple iCloud:

• It is stored in your private iCloud database, encrypted by Apple;
• We cannot access, read, or retrieve it;
• You control iCloud entirely in iOS Settings.

3. Location

Cellarist does not request or use your location.

4. Third parties

• Cellarist contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• In-app purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.

5. Children

Cellarist is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their data.

6. Your rights

You fully control your data and can delete any record in-app. Deleting the app or removing the data in iCloud erases it completely.

7. Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
